We carry out all maintenance and upkeep while handling all aspects of
rental on the property owner's behalf and together we share the income.
This means that running costs can be covered and you can enjoy peace of
mind knowing that even when you are not here, your home is being cared
for and looked after.
Income—If you are looking for a semi-retirement venture in the sun then
look no further than Casa da Lomba or Casa Wisteria; either of which
offer you the chance of owning a beautiful home. But you could choose to
combine quality of life with a share in the already established rental
incomes by running the rental and maintenance of our other properties.

Investment—If you are interested in investing and being part of our
unique, unusual and beautiful development, then stage two of our small
village rebuild may suit you. We have an adjoining site ready for the
construction of two/three houses. If you require a larger or smaller
property, just get in touch and we can discuss designing and building
something specific to your personal requirements. Additional land is
available with plots that can be used for allotments, vegetable gardens
or similar.
